A former Australian soldier who was looking for his lost cat stormed an animal shelter while dressed in military-style clothing and threatened to kill a worker with an assault rifle, police told a judge Wednesday. Tony Wittmann, 44, is accused of forcing the woman to get on her knees and tying her up before holding her at gunpoint.
