A former Border Patrol agent in upstate New York is accused of spraying urine all over his supervisor’s desk just before retiring last summer, federal authorities said Wednesday. Eduardo Flores, Jr., 50, was charged with depredation of government property and could face up to a year in prison and a $100,000 fine if convicted, according to prosecutors.
